Josh Martin

Josh is a proven senior leader with experience in both ICT Projects and Operations. Josh is focused on client outcomes while striving to build strategic partnerships. This is done by cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, vertically and horizontally across the businesses.  He is experienced working across Federal and State Government environments to deliver large-scale, often with a Whole of Government lens, transformation programs.

• Led a large scale project rectification and reset, including ministerial briefing, for an $80+million whole of government transformation project
• Developed a target state operating model and service catalogue for a government Shared Service entity. Including an implementation roadmap, training catalogue and skills profiling to enable the organisation to transition.
• Led a Whole ofGovernment skills audit to identify “hidden”skills within the workforce to support capability uplift and redeployment to support the COVID-19 response.
• Undertook a transformation of a government agencies shared service engagement capabilities.Completed strategic analysis of the offering, target state operating model, cost model and implementation roadmap.
• Managed ICT project delivery and operational support for large scale network and desktop roll outs for government departments and task forces.

Often described as having no “off switch”, outside of work Josh is kept on his toes by 3 young children who have renewed his love of the outdoors, riding bikes and building Lego.
