Max has a keen interest in the transformative role of GenAI in Government, both to enhance citizen services and support government efficiency and the policy process.

• Advised C-Suite executive on innovative growth strategies in the age of AI and platforms
• Managed senior stakeholders through a whole-of-Government technology decommissioning project
• Supported migration of a large healthcare network to new cloud infrastructure
